Delivery areas
We do not promise delivery to any area until it has been confirmed for your order. Please share your delivery area when you place an order request and we will tell you whether we can deliver.
Delivery charges and timing
Delivery charges, if any, and the delivery date and time window are confirmed together with your order.
Collection
Where collection is possible, we will share the collection point and timing when we confirm your order.
Wholesale deliveries
For wholesale and bulk orders, delivery arrangements, vehicle requirements and schedules are agreed with each customer as part of the quotation.
On receiving your order
Please check your fruit at the time of delivery or collection and tell us straight away about any issue, ideally with a photo on WhatsApp.
